e-Coupon – To convert traditional paper coupon to electronic coupon - help save paper, protect our planet and build a greener future for our next generations.
In order to use less paper and build a greener future, with effective from 18 February 2013, paper coupons will be converted to electronic-coupons (named as e-coupon as below). The primary terms and conditions of the coupons remain unchanged. You are no longer required to present paper coupons to our delivery team, and the used coupon quantity will be deducted from e-coupon account and shown on the delivery note for immediate reference.

Q1. What is e-coupon?
Electronic coupon is electronic format of paper coupon that serves the same function as paper coupon. e-coupon balance is captured in our centralized computer , which will be shown on the delivery notes and www.bonaqua.com.hk for your quick reference; while paper coupons are physically kept by customers. The primary terms and conditions of the coupons remain unchanged.
 
Q2. When is the effective date of change?

Effective from 18 February 2013, your on-hand paper coupons will be converted to virtual e-coupons. We will stop using paper coupons from the said date onwards.

 
Q3. Will the value of the e-coupon be different from the existing paper coupons?
Both e-coupon and paper coupon are of the same corresponding retail value.
 
Q4. Do e-coupons expire?
The validity period of e-coupons is exactly the same as that of the existing paper coupons, i.e. carboy water coupons expire in 2 years; PG coupons expire in 1 year.
 
Q5. What are the benefits of using e-coupons?
By changing to e-coupons, you no longer need to physically keep the coupons, and do not run any risk of losing them. Besides, the e-coupon balance can be accessible at www.bonaqua.com.hk anytime, anywhere once they are uploaded. e-coupons help reduce paper consumption which in turn protects the environment and contributes to the sustainable development of Hong Kong.

Q6. Can I use paper coupons after 18 February 2013 as long as they are not expired?
No, we will not accept paper coupons from 18 February 2013 onwards, however, the quantity of your on-hand coupons will be shown in customer’s e-coupon balance.
 
Q7. Do I need to return my on-hand paper coupons to SCCHK?
No, it is not necessary. Your on-hand paper coupons will be converted to virtual e-coupons. We will stop using paper coupons from the said date onwards.
 
Q8. Do I need to confirm e-coupon balance printed on delivery notes?
No, it is not necessary. Should you have any queries on the e-coupon balance, please call our customer service hotline at 2210 3311 or visit our website at www.bonaqua.com.hk after 18 February 2013 to verify your record.
 
Q9. Are there any changes in logistics operation affecting me?
You will not be affected, the only change to you is that you will not need to physically keep and pass the coupons to our delivery man. You still have to place order either via our Customer Service Hotline or www.bonaqua.com.hk, and acknowledge goods receipt by signing on delivery notes.
 
Q10. Will e-coupon balance be deducted if the planned delivery is not made?
No, there will not be any e-coupon transaction if delivery is not made. E-coupon balance will only be deducted if there is a confirmed delivery.
 
Q11. What if the actual received product quantity is different from the original placed order?
The delivery man on-site will make a manual adjustment on the delivery note, and customers are required to acknowledge goods receipt and the related manual adjustments by signing the delivery note. Actual transactions will be reflected on www.bonaqua.com.hk on the following day.

Q12. How do I check e-coupon balance?
e-coupon balance can be checked via www.bonaqua.com.hk. Please register your account to check your e-coupon balance. (for registration, please refer to Question 13). To ensure smooth transition and to facilitate easy cross-checking of e-coupon balances before the official kick-off date, coupon opening balance will be printed on delivery notes from 31 January 2013 onwards. Q13. How to login to www.bonaqua.com.hk?
If you are not a current user of our Bonaqua website, please follow Step (I) to register your account at www.bonaqua.com.hk. Please click here for new account registration demo. If you are already a current user of our Bonaqua website, please go directly to Step (II).
(I) Account Registration
1. You are required to enter your outlet number, email address and other information. Please click here for existing customer registration demo.
2. Login Name, Password and activation link will be sent to your registered email address
3. Please activate your account according to our instructions in the email
(II) Login in to www.bonaqua.com.hk
After successful registration and account activation, please login to the Bonaqua website to check your e-coupon balance anytime after 18 February 2013. Please be reminded to change the password after activating your account.
 
Q14. Can other people check my coupon balance and use my e-coupons?
No, a personalized Login Name and Password will be sent to your registered email address. Customer can only login his / her designated account to check e-coupon balances.
To ensure security, please do not disclose your Login Name and Password to any third party.
 
Q15. What if I don’t have a computer to check e-coupon balance?
e-coupon transaction of the said delivery will be shown on every delivery note from 18 February 2013 onwards. You may also call our e-coupon service hotline at 2210 3311 to check your e-coupon balance.
 
Q16. What should I do if the e-coupon balance shown on the delivery note / www.bonaqua.com.hk is less than the quantity I have on hand?
Please call our customer service hotline at 2210 3311 to verify your record.
 
Q17. What should I do if the e-coupon balance shown on the delivery note / www.bonaqua.com.hk is more than the quantity I have on hand?
Please call our customer service hotline at 2210 3311 to amend the record.
 
Q18. Over what period of time can the transaction history be checked in www.bonaqua.com.hk?

e-coupon balance will be updated daily on www.bonaqua.com.hk. Updated transactions will be reflected on www.bonaqua.com.hk the next day after delivery is made.
 
Q20. What other information can be checked on the website?
Apart from e-coupon balances, e-coupon expiry dates with respective quantity, and detailed transaction history are also available. Order taking can be made directly on www.bonaqua.com.hk. In addition, please check-out our updated promotional offers on the www.bonaqua.com.hk.
 
Terms and Conditions of e-coupon
1. e-coupons are electronic format of paper coupons with balance quantity captured in our centralized computer system.
2. e-coupon balance can be checked via the following ways:
  • visit www.bonaqua.com.hk; or
  • e-coupon opening balance and transaction will be shown on delivery note; or
  • Call our customer service hotline at 2210 3311.
3. e-coupons are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other offers.
4. Expired e-coupons will not be accepted or re-issued, and will be deducted automatically from the e-coupon balance.
5. e-coupons are not transferrable between office and household channels irrespective of the same customer name registration.
6. e-coupons cannot be transferred to different users.
7. e-coupons are used on a first-in-first-out basis.
8. E-coupon balance will be updated daily on www.bonaqua.com.hk. Updated transactions will be reflected on the website the next day after delivery is made.
9. Carboy water coupons expire in 2 years starting from the date of issue; Packaged Product coupons expire in 1 year.
10. Only one e-coupon order transaction will be accepted each day.
11. In case more than one e-coupon transaction on the same day, the order confirmed by the Customer Service Centre will be taken.
12. Swire Coca-Cola HK reserves the right to request proof of new address in the case of address change.
13. Free delivery service is only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories and those buildings or floors that are directly accessible by elevator.
14. Free delivery service is not available for customers residing on Outlying Islands, remote locations and inaccessible areas. Special delivery charge shall be levied if we agree to deliver to remote locations. Surcharge to be quoted for each invoice. The company reserves the right to decide whether special delivery service could be arranged.
15. e-coupons are non-refundable if customer is relocated to remote locations or inaccessible areas or buildings or floors not directly accessible by elevator.
16. Swire Coca-Cola HK reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of e-coupons without prior notice.
